Shipping

We ship via USPS, when order is shipped customers will receive a shipping confirmation email and a tracking number. Or if you are local you can choose local pickup and we will email you as soon as your order is ready!

Return Policy

Our return policy is for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only.

We are happy to offer store credit for online orders within 14 days of the order being received. The return must be received back in the store within the 14 day period. Store credit works just like cash, and never expires.

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returned Items must be unworn with all tags attached. Refer to the steps below for your return process. Please contact us with any questions.

*We are not able to cancel orders once they have been placed. 

1. All items must be unworn, unwashed, have no signs of damage and have the original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box. 

*We reserve the right to refuse to refund if item has been altered, misused, damaged or has signs of wear. Please report any damages within 3 days of receiving item.

*All sale/discounted items as well as shoes, jewelry, scarves, swim, handbags,  accessories, and special orders are FINAL SALE.

2. Pack your items and send it to us via any trackable and insured service of your choice, at your expense to:

3. Alert us of your return by emailing us at info@ameliasonmain.com with return details and tracking information. If you are requesting an exchange, please let us know how we can assist you in the process. 

4. Once we receive your return in store, we will issue you a store credit to your online account with us and send you a notice via email. 

5. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, you must do so by placing a new order, using the store credit amount applied to your account. The store credit will automatically be applied to your order when you use the same email you provided in the original order.
