Shipping + Returns
We ship via USPS, when order is shipped customers will receive a shipping confirmation email and a tracking number. Or if you are local you can choose local pickup and we will email you as soon as your order is ready!
Our return policy is for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only. All clothing and shoes can be exchanged or given store credit within 7 days after the package has been received. Store credit works just like cash, and never expires.
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. All returned Items must be unworn with all tags attached. Shipping cost are non refundable. Refer to the steps below for your return process. Please contact us with any questions.
1. All items must be unworn, unwashed, have no sings of damage and have the original tags attatched. Shoes must be returned in their original box.
*We reserve the right to refuse to refund if item has been altered, misused, damaged or has signs of wear. Please report any damages within 3 days of receiving item.
*All sale/discounted items as well as jewelry, scarves, swim, handbags and accessories are FINAL SALE.
2. Pack your oder items and return information and send it to us via any trackable and insured service of your choice, at your expense to:

3. Alert us of your return by emailing us at email@example.com with return details and tracking information. If you are requesting an exchange, please let us know how we can assist you in the process.
4. Once we receive your return in store, we will issue you a store credit in the form of our electronic gift card and send to you via email.
